My uncle is a landlord in the UK and I can promise you his activity is flourishing at the point where he bought two new buildings this year. Can't wait to work with him and establish one on my own.

It is difficult to dispute this fact, because real estate really has many advantages over other assets. The main advantage is that any real estate is almost always liquid. At the moment I am looking for real estate in spain . Since this country is very much like me. And in my opinion it is a very good investment. The price of real estate is steadily rising, so I am sure that when I sell the property in 2-3 years I will definitely get a profit.
