Unable to claim stream bonus drops

Hi! 

I just finished watching the live stream  (on Dlive Primedd) with the amazing bonus drops. Unfortunate I was not able to claim a single drop, I got error weekly wager every time. They said that the weekly wager requirement was $600 (for all drops but the last). I went to my statistics on Stake.com and pressed 'Request statistics'. In the resulting email it says that my weekly wager was $708.06 which is clearly over the requirement.

Why wasn't I able to claim these drops?

Maybe you were too slow. I managed to claim all the drops without a problem.

I don't think I was to slow since the error was weekly wager. I've had no problem claiming drops on previous streams. Trying to claim the same code now gives a different error.

Like eddie said it could be cause the wager requirement can be set on 6 days and not week like u see from ur stats… goodluck and wager more next time, u just need 5/10$ to wager 1k$

Ok , that could make sense, but why say a week and not 6 days then? I will try to get my wager up but it's quite discouraging when I just missed all the drops

I had the same Problem.

Wagering greater than 800 (requested the stats via mail) and just received the not translated placeholder message for "wagering requirements not met". 

In addition to that my weekly/monthly bonus is shrinked to under 10 $ since a few weeks, even if my wagering is now nearly 15.000$ this month, my win/loss is -8$.
And my girlfriend cant claim bonus drops at all this month.

Do you have several problems?

Really?  

I pressed 1 second after the code was dropped, selected coin and it didnt work.

After 15 Seconds, Eddi said "There are still left drop slots... hurry guys".

To slow... ?

I can never hit the forum drops. I always thought i was too slow, or maybe the captcha i always have to do allows everyone else to redeem it before me. 
but today during the stream, i tried to redeem one, and it said 'bonus code not available', right as it said that Eddie was claiming, "wow there's still 800 bonuses available go go go " then "600 wow guys cmon!" all while its telling me not available. Am i typing them in wrong? my network connection just to weak? 
I wagered more than enough and have no issue claiming any other drop from TG, twitter, etc..
