Emails from Stake vs Eddie sometimes do not come through

Just wondering if there is anything i can do to fix how sometimes emails from stake appear to not show up in my email. I use iCloud so maybe that could be it but the only reason i ask is because i haven't received the payout for beating Eddie's multiplier of 120 on Christmas Carol Megaways $50,000 Promo. I believe I qualify for it with this casino:66202368893 . But ultimately if there is any fix i can do to avoid this problem in the future it would be greatly appreciated (Id love to be able to donate the bonus back to stake as quickly as possible 🤣)

Yea i am still missing mine as well, live support said i wasnt on the list, but i had beat it, really excited to see what the payout is going to be with it being 50,000 prize pool for last week.

I am waiting on the marketing team to fix it but has been 24 hours with no update

you can check live chat and sometimes they send the stake vs eddie code there instead of email

Yeah its quite irritating to say the least the payout is $97 i believe. ive talked with multiple people who have gotten it and also ones who are in the same boat as us :(. I contacted support again and they now say the "Promotions/Marketing team should have information within 48 hours". I always laughed at people who were complaining about missing promos and support issues assuming they were just trying to scam but this situation has changed my outlook on the matter vastly  Also if youd be so kind can you lmk when it gets resolved for you? I will do the same

The code was already sent. Talk to live support, they'll report it to the promotion team and 99% sure you'll get your deserved reward.
It happened to me several times, and only once I didn't get paid (The level up promo that ended on dec 7th). They keep telling me that the data is been collected, but already gave up on it.

Nevermind, I hope they can work on a better way to collect the data.

Thank you, ive contacted support 2 times 1st to report the issue then the 2nd was because the 24 hour timeframe they gave me for the marketing/promotions team to provide information passed but was then given a 48 hour timeframe. Maybe the marketing/promotions team is on strike hehe. I can be patient though ty again for replying

I surpassed the minimum requirement on the past 50K SvE too.. but I didnt get one coupob to redeem.

I thought it was "Automatic".

I also had an eligible Bet ID but I didn't receive a coupon so far. I sent it to the support and they told me they will update me as soon as the "Promotion Team" will send them information. But other players told me in such a case it needs  a lot of time until you get your coupon (3-5 days) and so I try to be patient

I am also waiting on this. I was about to get frustrated and write them again but remembered to check forum first.

I made the rookie mistake of not ss'ing the bet id but instead my win record on the game itself. Had to learn how to find my winning bet in a json file but I did. Going on 48 hrs after I was told to wait 24.
