J-Dawg Posted December 25, 2021 #26 Posted December 25, 2021 Outside this issue, the sportsbook on stake is terrible value. Their prices are a good 0.2 points less value than even the most basic sportsbook. And if you really want to see how much value you are losing, go to Betfair and check the prices on THE EXCHANGE (and not their sportsbook, but you can check their sportsbook too if you want to see how much better value even that has over the prices on Stake ). If you've never seen exchange prices then get ready to smell the coffee, as even when you win on Stake you lose, as you've had value chipped away from you on every single bet you place. Those chips add up to a boat load of profit not realized over a year. The only good thing the sportsbook Stake offers, is that you can place large bets very easily, outside of that, it's poor value and the most basic sportsbook in the world. They don't even have various parlay options like Trixies, Yankees and the like. Also, any sports book that doesn't allow you to make a lay bet on a selection has got you by the balls anyway.
MioChibana Posted December 25, 2021 #27 Posted December 25, 2021 According to their rules, your bet should've been graded a loss. "In the event that a match does not finish in a tie, but overtime is played for qualification purposes, the markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time." 14 minutes ago, jacksparrow010 said: https://stake.com/sports/my-bets/settled?iid=sport%3A21569671&modal=bet it was a win, after few mins it counted as loss and my balance detucted, now it's just voided and i'm not sure if they gave me stake back or no
Shanaya24 Posted December 25, 2021 #28 Posted December 25, 2021 it is very simple. Stake should first pay their customers who betted according to stake's own rules, and then fight it out with the third party to get their money back.
thedailygrind1 Posted December 25, 2021 Author #29 Posted December 25, 2021 thank you guys. I don't feel as bad given that MioChibana is $283 worst offwhich is worst than my measly $50. considering it a $50 lesson for me.
MioChibana Posted December 28, 2021 #30 Posted December 28, 2021 Stake has just settled the Peac-pecs ML as a win, credit where credit is due.
htsderez Posted December 28, 2021 #32 Posted December 28, 2021 According to the stake rules PEACs ML is a win and should be graded accordingly.
Sumpak Posted December 28, 2021 #33 Posted December 28, 2021 It's better to bet wisely before you withdraw
Administrator Edward Posted December 28, 2021 Administrator #35 Posted December 28, 2021 Odds supplier can sometimes have issues. Unfortunately we're forced to go through certain procedures to reverse said problems. None the less as always we'll sort things out as per they should be, with or without bringing the issue to public forums

I appreciate it however it was a shitty experience to have the bet paid, run the balance up and wake up to a missing balance without any notifications whatsoever. I think you can see my frustration there. But with that being said, I appreciate the time and effort to resolve this. Hopefully we can get Dusan and his spinning wheel on stream again!
seagreen Posted December 28, 2021 #38 Posted December 28, 2021 glad to see all worked out for u guys, i can understand a bet being voided but changing the status constantly and making a confusion doesn't help
Elmenor Posted December 29, 2021 #39 Posted December 29, 2021 I do much better at stake sport than at stake casino eye and head with the plays
