Allow us the better to exclude casino but not sportsbook .

In the licensed casinos in Europe and North America they all have extensive gambling controls like 

1. Exclusion from casino but not sports book
2. Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
3. Loss limits 
4. Time limits
5. Instant but none permanent self exclusions. For example, after you make a nice win (or big loss) you can set it to not let you deposit or log in for 24 hours up to 6 months, whatever you chose.
6. Problem gambler monitoring systems that alert the casino if a players play is unusual from their regular play. And all that happens then is some nice person will pop up in the live chat and check in on you.

And a host of other tools that help people stay in control. As remember, gambling is addictive, and addiction will make even the most sane person do irrational and potentially dangerous things.
