It does not matted what is after the first 2, it can be 1.13999999999999999999991. The result will always be 1.13.

Was probably me, I just did again on your "bad luck bro" part 2 thread.  Ghostnipple thinks it's rigged, I understand the math and why it's natural for humans to believe it's rigged.
