"In the event that a match does not finish in a tie, but overtime is played for qualification purposes, the markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time."

Here are the scenarios.

The match ends in regular time tied. It goes to overtime. The winner of that overtime wins the match. If the overtimes ends in a tie, another overtime is played, since regular time did not determine the winner.

The match ends 68-65, overtime is played for qualification purposes. According to the rules "In the event that a match does not finish in a tie, but overtime is played for qualification purposes, the markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time." The winner of regular time is settled as the winner of the bet.

The match ends 68-65, overtime is played, overtime ends in a tie, however, due to Peac-pec losing the previous h2h by 3 points, they fail to qualify and overtime ends in a tie. IN this case, the rules should apply "In the event that a match does not finish in a tie, but overtime is played for qualification purposes, the markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time." and Peac-pec is graded as the winner despite the overtime ending in a tie.

This is not a scenario of "this market shouldn't have been offered" because their rule takes care of it. It's that they should've offered more markets for the scenario that overtime ends in a tie.
