The account had less than 10% of the total tickets & won less than 15% of the total raffle.

Bitcoinerz run starts with 300$ balance (around) and end with millions. 300$ is not that big risk. Not so far ago one user win milions with similar started balance. So who risk millions? This is casino, everything can happen.

This person did not even realise the race was running until after wagering actually. They are not wagering for the race. They were playing as per usual.

However, similar to the raffle winnings, I doubt he will care about the prizes. They prefer to make (or lose) money from simply gambling. Not from promotions. 

That's quite common behaviour amongst larger players.

Not to mention the flattery that bets can not provide contest bonuses.  This is a business strategy.  The competition attracts more players to place more bets.  So there are competitions to give back the competition bonus when the dealer gains more.  This is just a business strategy.  In short, I hope it’s not an NPC because the first place is the one that occupies the most. If there is an NPC in the front, that’s not right.  But if the bet amount makes the profit far more than five times ten times this million, there is indeed no need to do this kind of thing because it doesn’t make sense.
