No rain for a long period

Hello!
I would like to tell you a situation about which I have not once or twice turned to the support, but this problem has not been resolved. And the fact is that I played on the site from its very foundation, but then for personal reasons I left it for a year, and So I returned in 2019 and played for a whole year, talked and got rains. And so it went until June 2020, on the 26th I took the last rain at 625 satosh. After that I took a break for 2 months.

I went in September and started playing the same way, and make a request wager for rains, but I did not get it, and with a wager above 1k $, 2k $ and now I am sitting above 3k $, but it never rained on my account. I tried a lot of things, changed the language of the site (PS: I'm sitting and I communicate in Russian chat), cleaned cookies, reset all sessions, and of course I don't have a tick “Exclude from rain.”

And for a year and a half I wrote to the support and e-mail, but the only answer was “Stay active and play, communicate".

I would like to know if anyone else has encountered this problem?

Lol dont worry bro i suspected them of usings rains for me .. for hmm reasons i wont talk about here which were nothing good. Then i purposely stopped wagering and even at 1.2k-1.7k wager i was getting rains lol. Kinda made me wonder if i was up to something lol cauz i never had rains before like taht and it had like 6-7 over 1-2 days lol before i make it to 3k again. Then i had none ahahhhahaa

I have reviewed your account and you were eligible for the rain but simply were not as lucky. 

Our RainBot distributes the rain randomly to active users.

You should wager around $3000 in the last 7 days to qualify for the rain and increase your chance of winning it.

Furthermore, please, have in mind that spamming the chat will lessen your chances to receive rain.

Also, it's important to note that even if you fulfil these requirements, this is still a matter of luck, as there are a lot of users competing for rain at any time.  

Kindly note that you are the only one that can exclude yourself from receiving rain in the settings found on this page:

Thanks for the answer, I realized how unlucky I am, since I haven't taken a single one in a year, even though the wager and activity are at the level.
