@Tijana since you said you are here to answer questions too I had once. Since last monthly bonus was given on 1st December and next is to be promised on 15th jan that means we will get bonus on all those 45 days wagered and not just 30 days right. Because  chat support shows no help at all and says that last 30 days only. If that is the case then my last 45 days on jan 15th will be 280k and last 30 days on jan 15 will be 20k since I wagered most during first 15 days on December which is an absolute joke. Would love some clarity on this

Monthly bonuses are sent at random dates and we don't have the exact information when they will be available.

The monthly bonus will be calculated by our marketing team and we do not have any official information that we can share at this moment. 

Anyhow, based on the previous bonuses, they are usually sent around the middle of the month and you will receive a notification through email, as long as you have a confirmed email, so make sure to check it regularly.
