custodial wallet nightmare

I use EOS to gamble on Stake . It cost money to create a EOS wallet and honestly I dont quite understand the technicality of it so I use exchanges.

This morning I had 2 hours off in the morning and thought "Hey why not indulge myself into rolling some dice on Stake " 

Bought p2p and transferred the coin to stake and boom the exchange wallet flagged my transaction for manual approval.

Waited 3 hours and contacted live support and they said their teams are on holiday. Fucking great eh? I asked them to cancel the transaction because I thought if I transfer it to another exchange other than Stake it will go through . The live support says " Sure. I have opened a support ticket for you and someone will get back to you in 24 hours "

Oh my fucking GOD . 

 

Then the exchange KYC team email me asking me about the details of transactions
