Support button not working

I have this problem where everytime I click the live support button on Stake opening in Google Chrome, nothing pops up. But when I tried it on Microsoft Edge, the button works. Anyone got any idea why or how to fix it?

Tried it on PC.

I turned off my ad block and it is fixed, thank you
