Hello guys, i have this problem... i have 3 tickets to the raffle, over 3000$ wagerd this week and cant claim the bonus drops for 2500+. I asked the support and they said they cant help me, and the code was unactive when the code had 500+ claims left. I lost 120$ the past week and not being able to claim the drop, thats just pain, and i would like for someone to help me! Im not complaining about the requirements, im just saying i want to claim the codes with 2.5k wager req.

For the $50k draw, your 3 tickets are automatically entered..

for the $2500 bonus drop, i haven't a clue what you mean. I've never heard of this.. 

 

If you mean the drops during the live stream, I don't think it possible to know how many claims are left ..

Bear in mind that most of these drops are gone within 6-8 seconds

it's usually because it's not quick enough.   i rarely watch the stream anymore, but i often had the same problem quite regularly when claiming.

I don't blame Stake on this. A few (or more) thousand posting the code at the same time means you gotta be extremely fast to get through before the claims run out.  usually just a few seconds

Actually not anymore, when they set up wager requirement, even if it's not that high (like 3k). I redeemed one like 30min after it was released.

last week wager for bonus drops counts past 6 days.

Same but now they added a waggering requirment and that's like 10 minutes you can still have time to claim it.

The issue is that the system does not update the last 24h wagering. And it doesn`t help pointing it out, because they wont fix it.

I have to correct myself.. It appears I have been spreading FAKE NEWS about the bonus drops being claimed immediately.

Yes, most of them are, but Today I was able to claim one of yesterday's drops.

Guys, i meant i had 3k+ wager and couldnt claim the code.. it keept saying i dont have enough wager to redeem. Its not about im too slow, the code is still active to this day!

The site is bugged or something, not even the support could help
