wont let me crate account due to not knowing the postal code

hi abidy,

so trying to create an account but wont let me as it does not know the post code that i have typed in and i have tried mulipal other post code but they all keep saying the same thing so i know its not just mine

Postal code isn't required on sign-up. Nor is country of origin. However - Is required for level 1 KYC. Is that what you mean here?
