Hello My name IS Rami, i would like telle you my story story

 

I Started to play on stake 3 weeks ago

 

I spend 1920€ of xrp's 

And i won 3000€ of xrp's

I send it to my binance wallet but i had a mistake on tag,

 

so money was returned back to stake

 

and they give it to another one ,

 

they don't whant to Heart my, 

 

but i have a transactions hash and History, 

 

they dont care, they told me.yes WE receive your xrp and give to another one,

i have video when i win photos 

and look what they send 

 

Can somebody help me ?

They're asking a screenshot of the email binance sends when you withdraw. The email of the withdrawal request if I recall.

But i dont whithdraw because when i sent from stake to binance the tag number was incorrect,

 

So binance send Money back to stake,

And stake give it to another one

This IS stake to binance but first one was binance to stake

Okay so when binance sent the money back to stake, where's the email on that, or the app notification you get a notification on every transaction.

If you didn't get an email go to binance and go to transaction history.

Just send the screenshot of emails which you got from binance. For transactions  1920 euro and 3k euro.

Well if you're not providing them with the necessary screenshots, then there's a lack of evidence. I believe all they asked for is some screenshot from the email binance would've sent you or at least you could show them your transaction history on binance. 

 

Edit: after reading more thoroughly I feel like what really happened here is that it withdrew to binance then you tried to redepo into stake but input the wrong tag. As I don't think binance randomly refunds incoming deposits. That being said you should just provided the screenshot of binance "refunding" back to stake.

why would Binance return the funds back to Stake ? my experience with a similar issue was that Binance held the funds and after paying a fee for their time to investigate the verified the info all checked out and the next day the funds were in my Binance wallet

Maybe try to google 'Email' , ' Screenshot' , then you will know what mean of ' screenshot from binance email '.

You've stated clearly you made a mistake on putting tags .. stake supports are trying to help you by asking  you  to provide them a screenshot from binance support about your issue . If you can't give them the necessary proof don't expect anything.

Bro just send an email to here [email protected] But please use translator. You will get better support. Send them screeshot of the email from binance regarding all these transactions. If you dont have from stake to binance transaction hash. Then send the first transaction which you sent to binance to stake to deposit.
