Gekkevis7 Posted January 13, 2022 #1 Posted January 13, 2022 Dear fellow users, After creating a complaint with a third party provider, which Stake has failed to respond to twice, I am now creating my issue here aswell. All emails to support are being ignored also. Let me explain the situation im in with Stake.com, I am a recovering gambling addict with an account at Stake due to problem gambling. This account has been closed for a long time and they still kept spamming me with promotional and bonus emails, even though they were fully aware of my problems. I have contacted live support and the legal department, and they have admitted their was a error in their database allowing to send promotional emails to problem gamblers, they have let me know they have fixed it after my messages. Unfortunately Stake is not taking any responsibility regarding my issue and will blame me for their mistakes. I hope there is someone noticing the pain Stake is causing to some of the problem gamblers out there, and I still hope Stake will solve this issue with me.
dupeddonk Posted January 13, 2022 #2 Posted January 13, 2022 These are serious issues that hopefully they will fix. And I hope you get yours fixed as well. If you're trying to get them to refund money that you lost gambling though, I don't think that will happen. And I don't think it should happen. Returning losses to someone because they have a gambling problem just puts the idea that they can now free roll casinos in their head. If Stake answered to any of the well respected regulators, they would be fined and both the money you lost and their fines would go directly to the regulator. That's not the case, so I don't know what the solution is, just the letting you free roll them is not it.
ubbey04 Posted January 13, 2022 #3 Posted January 13, 2022 These is the reason why they still sending promotional emails to you bec you agreed upon verification. You can click the unsubscribe next to privacy on the email they sent you
