Monthly Bonus

I see that this topic is really popular lately so I want to clarify some things since live support and VIP hosts are getting a lot of questions related to this topic and I hope that this will make things a bit clearer. The question is "When is monthly bonus?". 

We never know when exactly monthly bonus will be sent and every time you ask us that, you will get the same reply. There is some kind of "rule" that monthly bonus is sent around the 15th of the month, and around is the crucial word here. It does not say that it is sent exactly on the 15th, which means that it can be sent on 14th, 16th, or even by the end or the beginning of the month, like it was the case in December. 😁

Aside from that, there are also pre-monthly and post-monthly bonuses that are sent before or after monthly which are just small, symbolic amounts. So, monthly and pre/post-monthly are two different type of bonuses where monthly is more wager based. 

To conclude, the purpose of this post is to make the lives of the live support and VIP hosts a bit easier since, as I already mentioned above, we never know when exactly monthly bonus will be sent 😄
