I understand the complaints of all high wager players but I think I know why this month's bonus was low. Its because they gave out 10-min reloads for 10 days and it was given from the same bonus pool that is used for monthly and weekly. Usually they don't run reload bonus for 10 days and since they did this time due to Christmas, they could have affected the monthly bonus amount

They don't fuck you over buddy. Counting in the weekly, reloads, monthly bonuses, and stream bonuses then you are getting about 40% back compared to other casinos.

But if you put it all together it would like something like this 10% Weekly 10% Rake Back 5% Monthly 5% Reload 10% top monthly And then you have post and pre monthly's and races. So yeah stake tries for sure to give as much possible back to the player. When I put it like this can you see what I mean?

I do understand, but at the end of the day, they're not giving anywhere near that amount. It'd be nice if they made it a bit more clear how much you get from your wagered in a monthly or weekly. I got approximetaly 0.2% back from my wagered on this weekly bonus and then 0.05% on my monthly bonus (the monthly wasn't even a monthly bonus it was like 47 days). But the thing is that those percentages fluctuate every single time and some more information would be nice. This is mainly the reason why people don't trust it anymore and get pissed about it.
