weewee11 Posted January 19, 2022 #1 Posted January 19, 2022 Yesterday was my first deposit on stake.com, I think I had the beginner's luck and won. I tried to withdraw after I won, it's been 25 hrs now still my withdrawal is stucked on "transferred" I already tried to deposit and withdraw smaller amount when I won another yesterday and it completed. However the bigger withdraw was still in transferred, when i click the "view" it says, transaction hash is not valid. Up need help

htsderez Posted January 20, 2022 #14 Posted January 20, 2022 There might no transaction then. 60 hours is IMPOSSBILE. There must be a working blockchain link, otherwise there is no transaction. Try to talk to different support people, or @Steve if he reads this might take a look into this if he is so kind. Just telling you to wait does not cut it with such a big amount without any proof it has been sent.

Any incoming transaction would be visible 1 second after it was made, confirmed or not. If there is no transaction visible there it has not been sent to you. I mean, it also says transferred instead of confirmed, after almost 3 days. Thats another sign thats it has never been sent in the first place because it would have been confirmed after 10 minutes.

If they have a problem they should tell you instead of lying it has been sent, thats not ok.
