Mods treat people different

Hi all,

 

I wonder if you notice the difference between how mods treat certain people?

I have gotten like 30/40 examples of what I or another lower rank said and got muted for, vs some plat or diamonds doing the same and not getting any warning.

Ive asked support about this, but support says the only way I can complain or ask about that is through the forum, so here i am.

 

 

 

How come (i will not post the screens here, i dont wanna put other players on blast) that diamonds and plats can say "Hey, you got me till later?" or "Hey, help me out *tag person with big win*... and not get muted?

But when I would ask someone to help me out, i get a week/2week mute?

Because they wager more money and Stake is a business.  It's no different in any other Casino anywhere in the world.  You can't walk into a Casino one day and expect to be treated the same as the guy that's been coming for years and wagers a million a night.

Wager more? I see many of them who havent wagered 230k in a month and lost 10k...

Yes, wager more.  That's how you increase your VIP level.

I dont think VIP level says much especially over time. You can have people be plat 1 over 3 years, whereas im 5percent from plat 1 in a month.

As a regular landbased casino go-er, I can tell you that I, just as everyone, have to stick to the rules there, too.

We are human too and sometimes we can miss some rule violations, it doesn't mean that we ignore these rule violations because of their ranks  

You can always report someone by using our Live Support feature, just send them screenshots of these rule violations and they will forward those screenshots to us. We will do what we have to do after reviewing the reports.

Support told you to go there (appeals section) because you did not provide any evidence, you complained in general, we have no way to check the logs of all users after such complaints, because of this we need evidence such as screenshots or username of the member so we can check the case.

If you want to talk about your mute, you can make an appeal again in the appeals section. But I don't think there is any reason for that, because you admitted your mistake and apologized for it, and I reduced your mute

I have no issue with my mute. I already said it was a fair mute.

 

 

You say I can report people... Filip refused to even look at the names and comments they made I gave him, said that if I had issues I had to go to the forum... 

So what you are saying isnt completely true. I am happy to send you the names and examples too.

Please create a topic in the appeal section and provide these usernames and screenshots there, I will review the case and do what needs to be done

I can see your point. I am muted for I think unreasonable reason. I always chat when my free time. I see good win, i will say nice and greet everyone back, react on what i see. I dont know i cant do it again and again. Then i got the mute for 2 weeks. Im thinking next time i will be kick out forever. Theres no freedom to chat like that. I read the rules and i really feel i was not wanted or treated fair. I am observing different chatroom while i am muted. All i can say is rules are not given fairly. Some literally beg, ask loan, spam emote, jump from another chat channel.

Same i ask support about this but they give me link to write an appeal. But i dont feel it works fair way.

few months ago my husband get muted for answering the questions of one new player(they are the same no rank yet) and he got muted for a month without any warning.and that was his first offense a month muted and when he made an appeal it replyed that he has received lots of warnings,how that it happened when he was only two days old in chat.?

As Faris said, mods are people to and we do often miss some rule violations.

However we do not let anyone get away with anything they shouldn't when we see it.

Most often people who don't have ranks tend to ignore the rules and/or not know about them, while plats get their one mute (or more if necessary) and learn their lesson.

Most of the times we try our best to treat everyone equally, but some people are unreasonable and have to be treated with a harsher treatment.

im plat 2 and i got chat ban for sharing the coupon codes given in stream in the chat just 2 days after they had implemented them so noone even knew it wasnt allowed i just said im sry and i will not do it again and stod out my time served
