The job of a moderator is to ensure that the chat meets the behavior and content standards set by stake and to remove offensive posts and spam that detracts from other ongoing conversations. 4. I would like to become a moderator because I have free time in my hands. Plus i would find it rather entertaining to be one and to keep the community safe. 5. I have never been warned, muted, or banned. 6. I've been a moderator for a twitch channel before back in 2018... but his channel got suspended.

Entertain the players by creating pleasant and entertaining conversation in the room. Moderate according to the chat rules. Organize games and contests in which all the players participate. I like to connect with people, never been banned. this will be my first time but i learn fast.

To earn some extra cash to pay me university i have been warned once on english chat room and muted for the same reason but i was un aware of it . no i haven’t been a moderator on any other platform

I don’t often hangout in Spanish chat but I do work in customer service and speak Spanish my clients. The job of moderator to me is someone who can be neutral and help keep everything order. As you can see I’ve never been banned or anything close to it. I have been moderator for 2 twitch streamers in the past.

The job of a moderator is to impartially enforce the chat rules and be kind to all users, as well as answer their doubts and help them through Stake. I would like to become a spanish moderator to fill the gaps where the currently moderator is not online. Also, the spanish community finds me very helpful and kind with all of them. I have been muted a few times in the past when I was new, but after learning the rules it never happened again. I was a moderator and administrator of few online games with big spanish and english communities.

I could make a good team. 5.- years ago , I have a couple of years ago, a pair of mutes , if I'm not mistaken. and a wern in the forum for an error when posting an edit and an answeri ah 6.- I am currently an administrator of a Spanish clan in world of tanks, in which you create a forum and manage, I was admin for 3 years for a company with paid Call of Duty servers. user administration management tools, etc.. 7.- Currently I spend a lot of time at home, due to a small illness, I have known Spanish chat well for years and I think I could help as much as possible

A moderator is someone who is active in the community and makes sure no one is breaking the rules and enforcing them. I feel like I would be a good fit currently I spend time on the English chat room from stake. I can work any shift and Spanish is my first language. I have never been warned or muted in the English chat room. i currently have no moderator experience but I am a software developer. I’ll be able learn fast.

Being a moderator means that you'll help people with the problems they've got and doubts. Also, control the chat and revise that the rules are respected 100%, otherwise, the person who breaks them could be warned or banned. To be honest, I've been looking for a job but because of the pandemic it's been to hard, so I've decided to look for some on internet and I like to help people and to respect rules. Además estudié la carrera de lengua española por lo que creo que soy la persona idónea. Mi nombre de usuario es karpint1, y paso entre 8 y 12 horas al día conectado al chat ya que actualmente no trabajo. Para mi el trabajo de moderador es la de ser una persona que sea imparcial y vele por el buen funcionamiento del chat, evitando que los usuarios incurran en el incumpliento de las reglas, además de fomentar la participación de los usuarios a través de diferentes retos (tengo varios en mente). Quiero ser moderador, por que me gusta la justicia, y así poder ser ayudar a stake a crecer y expandirse. Aportar mi granito de arena para la causa de un stake más global. Fui silenciado, nada más entrar, ya que era nuevo y no había leído las normas, pero quitando eso, no me ha vuelto a pasar. No he sido moderador en ningún sitio de manera online, pero si en charlas en la universidad, delegada en de los diferentes cursos de la universidad y participante en el club de debate de la universidad de Extremadura. Asique espero que me elijáis ya que no os arrepentireis
Khuzdum Posted January 20, 2022 #20 Posted January 20, 2022 1- Khuzdum 2- More than 10 hours daily 3- Well, a moderator mostly has to solve doubts to people and stop users from breaking the rules first by giving warnings, or muting depending on how severe is the problem. Basically controlling the chat so it can be a pleasant place to chat for all users. 4- I use it everyday and i think that the chat is way too active, Maverick can't do it all by himself, he has to sleep sometimes. I would like to help the chatroom. I'd also like to clarify that i usually chat with humor, but in case of being a moderator i would take a more serious approach. I'm really conscious of people breaking the chat rules when i see them. I don't usually say nothing about it because at this moment it's not my task as a regular user. 5- Yes, i got muted for using some english words in the spanish chat, spanglish was common for me so i forgot to avoid those words when i was new here. 6- Yes, i was a moderator in forums, discord groups and roleplaying games. I'm latino so spanish is my natal language, would be nice to be part of Stake team.

I barely touch any Stake chat (4-5 hours daily while I am on the site, but I can be 14h~ daily), but I always have Spanish chat opened whenever I play on the site ^^, it is a chill chat and there are really nice people on it. As a chat moderator you need to make sure everyone is behaving correctly and not breaking any rules (begging, being rude with others, trashtalking the website, etc...), but also let's not forget we are all humans and it's always nice to have good relationship with the users, making them feeling comfortable while they are playing on the site or chilling on the chat. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I would love to work with Stake because I believe I have enough knowledge from my previous experiences as chat moderator and also because I see this as a new opportunity to improve my knowledge and meet new people. I can do this job and maintain a healthy chat by enforcing stakes rules in a very polite way.
