Recent gameplay bonus

So when i leveled up to silver i got a recent gameplay bonus of $50 added with the $60 they gave me … 

 

i just leveled up to GOLD. Lost $4,000 this week. Obviously have lost way more since i leveled up to silver. I ask for a recent gameplay bonus bc of this and somehow im not eligible ? I get it im not a bigshot and high bettor but what else do i have to do ? Im on stake all damn day .. lose after lose after lose. So basically i got $110 for silver and not i got the same exact amount for gold. So someone tell me the difference please ? This isnt a complaint either. I just want to know why im not eligible after losing way more and spending way more time on stake then when i leveled up to silver ?

@Israel5 That's weird I am down a bit under 500$ dollars on Stake ( current crypto price) and my level up bonus `was 110$ +16$ recent gameplay. If you are down 4k you should at least get 40$ recent bonus

My point exactly. Thanks for saying that. $16 for $500 lost. Imagine what mine should be .. i am going to email them but i can 100% guarantee they wont do anything for me

They may have changed the requirements for recent play.  It's whatever they want to make it.

What did i say ? Lol. I emailed and of course will do NOTHING. Ill have to ask trainwreck to email for me or something so i can be taken care of. Only way a person will receive help. Any other way to get ahold of a supervisor ? Or eddie ?

Nah man its nothing they changed. Its who they want to help and who they dont … theres no reason being down $200-$300 i have a $50 recent gameplay bonus but being down $4,000 and wagering WAY MORE now all of a sudden i dont ..

I also didnt get anything for plat 1 and 2. So it happens. Still strange u didnt get any even though you were down.

It might because of what you played or how you acted, another reason is they may have changed the requirements for recent play.

It only gets worse bud. Just reach plat 4 and got an embarrassing amount of loss back for what I’ve lost and wagered lol. Personally if you are looking for loss back or good rewards you need to close your acct here

they have been not as good as you level up because people have abused this making new accounts

@Badatlife99That makes no sense lol it's a loseback so people have lost money to get the recent. Stake only calls it recent bonus because it sounds better. Level Up base amount is a fixed amount and hasn't changed yet.

So lossback and recent gameplay is the same ? So i got $50 when i lost like $300 on silver level. But i get to gold and lost $4,000 and didn’t  get one single cent … stake makes zero sense and like i said they help whoever they want to help. Absolutely NOTHING is fair around here. They couldve easily gave it to me but make up 100 different excuses. Wonder why people switch to rollbit for the rewards ?

Bonus varies with levels. I'm not sure how the calculated, but if I'm remembering correct, when i got to GOLD, I got only $42. Nothing else. So you don't need to be sad in your case, you got near 3x compared to me. 

 

And don't say anything about losing, because it your luck, and stake never forced you. If you made profit, do stake complain or discuss it? So why should we if we don't win?

@Israel5 Yep it's the same they just call it recent bonus so that you think it has something to do with you playing/wagering more recently. Mods I gladly invite you to confirm my statement.

it's just a fraction of what you've lost, not really worth to look for to be honest, lost around 4k and got like 200$...
