(you are not allowed to do this) I was told that I had to send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail, but I started to worry, if you can help, I would be very happy.

But if any problem they will just lock your account and let you to withdraw all your coins. There is no way that they will keep your coins. Of course if you didnt do any funny business.
