I can not withdraw my money FOR MORE THAN 72 HOURS

Hello everyone, ( my username is sonerkocak) 

I signed up to the site about 1 week ago and uploaded all KYC information, the first step was approved, the others were under review.

Anyway, I took a few shots and there was no problem, but then I came across this error message "you are not allowed to do this", and when I connected to live support, I was told to send an e-mail to the [email protected] mail address.

I was told there would be a reply within 72 hours, but it's been around 80 hours and no response.

And live support can't help me withdraw my money.

I want to withdraw money but I can't.

And I can't wait any longer (I don't want to wait).

Why do you have to wait? How come you can't withdraw? Eddie said no matter what, even if denied verification, that he would honor all withdrawals.....give us more info and maybe we can help.

Every time I click on the withdrawal button, I see this article.
"you are not allowed to do this"
When I read the comments, I saw that they wanted kyc so
(They never got back to me, I don't even know what they want)
I still sent my KYC information while sending the mail.
For this, I connected to live support and was told to wait for a reply from the mail.
That's all that's happened, I haven't been able to withdraw my money for 90 hours.

Now my problem is solved , they did not comeback to my mail but in site accepted my kyc so that can ı withdraw now. THANX FOR YOUR İNTEREST
