Which pets are better, cats or dogs?

I prefer cats because they are very cute, very lively and very spoiled. I at home there are 5 cats including 2 Persian cats, Angora cats 2 and 1 Korean cat. 2 female cats and 3 male cats and now one female is carrying a child and hopefully there will be more kittens out there, more and more I have pets at home.

I think that my favorite pet is dogs, I am not much of a fun of cats. They are lazy and just lay around all day, while you can run dogs and play with them and all sorts of stuff. Cats are too boring for me.

DOGS!! I hear a lot from cat lovers that they find dogs too clingy or annoying, and even I can sometime relate to that... However, that's a very small price to pay for their love and loyalty. Also they are so easy to please, some snacks, a belly rub and a few walks a day and they're in heaven and you can actually see it on their face.

You can go to the park with your dog and play on the empty grass.
Cat can only play at home, and few people will take the cat out to play.

Dogs are much better for many reasons. One, you can actually give them love and they will accept it, because they aren't bitches like cats. Cats will scratch you and all they do is sleep, where you ca jn enjoy the prescence of a dog.

I like both, but when it comes to raising I prefer cats. because dogs are not so "good" maintained in my beliefs. but after having a family. my wife does not allow to keep cats anymore. he is allergic to his fur. and now I often play with the neighbor's cat outside the house with my children. ha ha ha ha

Both cats and dogs are great pet and you can keep both at home but I’d rather go for dogs because as it is been said dog is the man best friend, no matter how old a dog becomes it surely senses it’s owner whereas cats don’t do that

I prefer both in different ways. I like cats because they are extremely chilled and take care about themselves a lot. But they can also be really bad assholes lol. dogs on the other hand most of the time need more care but are also way more loyal, so both have their ups and downs i guess.

I just love dogs because they are loyal as well as protective. My dog's name is tommy. He has been in our family for more than 4 years. He protects us while we are sleep.  After all he is a dog but we don't treat him like a animal , he is a part of our family.

cat is more easy to maintain ahah , i have cat , i just give to him food and see him 2-3 hours a day . I live in campain so is on liberty all time ^^

I think I like dogs more. They can be very helpful in providing security, they are lively companion, they are fun to be with and can learn easily. That's my opinion any way. I think the major reason I prefer dogs is that one can easily have fun playing with them.

I like dogs but i love cats. We have three grown ones at home; all females. I just love em, maybe because they are more calm, organized and make less noise.
