if i start with 50 dollars on dice doing 1 dollar bets 50/50

and lose 3 in a row

then win 2 in a row on 2 dollar bets why am i down 3 dollars?????????

look at this screenshot it doesnt even record the win.. and then when i check bet transactions i get this im literally being scammed and live support isnt doing this about it

these pictures literally make 0 sense and contradict them selves

just checked both 2$ bets and the winner say 87.70 like second winner on screen but the looser say 7.69 and screen say 77.41

just now saw that there is 4x2$ bets on transaction which suggest you were playing in 2 browsers  because checked the second winner in transactions which say 77.41 so the 2 losing bets of the 2$ ones wasnt made on same browser window as the 2 winners..

This kind of thing usually happens when you play in two different windows or browsers. So if something like this happens again just check your nonce, and you will see that everything is where it should be.

There is not such a thing as made-up bets. These are your bets:

So as you can see everything is okay on our end, and you can always find these bets if you like.

Account menu- transactions- bets. or you can go to the bet archive and download your bet history.

But it did happen, your bet id and nonce prove that. The screenshot is not valid proof, the only thing that is valid is the bet ID and nonce.

I have seen so many glitches in the Stake originals. Tried to report them at first, but stopped bothering after a while. I guess the bad coding in the games combined with really bad servers makes it impossible to work 100%. Support and our "community manager" will state the oposite, but they are either lying or uneducated on the subject.

say it louder there ignorant, they dont understand a simple picture, it clearly shows i did 5 bets on my screen but i somehow did 7 on the bet transactions clearly a glitch but they dont care and tbh idc about 4 dollars but it makes me question every bet ive ever done on this site now, literally these kids werent taught that its okay to admit that ur wrong.

Change your player seed (click on verify, then rotate seed), then go back to one of the bets to get the now revealed server seed.

 

Post the player (client) seed and server seed that you now see, along with the last nonce from this session, then we will be able to go back and look at every every rolled number.  

Edit: Actually you don't have to post anything, just rotate your client seed and I can see the rest from one of the bet ids @AleksandarZ posted.

There are lots possibilities on why it's not displayed.  They really don't matter though because the outcome isn't determined by what your browser displays.  What determines the outcome is your client seed and the server seed hashed with each nonce.  

You're kind of making the same argument people make with plinko when they see a ball go somewhere and they don't get paid.  It doesn't matter what you see, you aren't betting on what the animations will do.  You're betting on the result that's determined by the seed pair + nonce.

 

tldr; you didn't get scammed. You thought you won, but you didn't, and that sucks, but it's time to stop crying.

the thing is, i did 5 bets by hand, they were not auto bets 3 were on 1 dollar bets which were lost and 2 on 2 dollar bets that were won. but whenh i click bet transactions it says 7? even in that picture on top it literally shows only 5 bets were done? so unless u can explain to me how an extra 2 bets which were lost done then ur arguement doesnt matter as well

This is really quite typical of Stake. In the real world were customer service actually exists, this guy would be listened to and the issue would be resolved. 

Support; try and better understand the customer's journey and you will do much better at supporting the community. Try listening to what the customer is saying. 

The attitude of support at Stake was a big decider in me moving on to a different casino. But I still log in everyday and add 10% to my balance. 🤑
