MoneyBagsConway Posted February 15, 2022 #1 Posted February 15, 2022 These promotions provided by Stake have been well below my expectation's of a "Customer Friendly Experience". Many of these promos you have to hit ridiculous requirements in order to even qualify. Draftkings, Fanduel and many other sites have great promos that are offered almost daily. (50-100% profit boosts, free bets among some of the promotions.) I've reached out to Stake support about this very topic many times and it seems the only way to get them to turn an eye to it, I reached out to "Stefan" at Stake support and he tells me "if enough people engage, our marketing team might change something." So lets do something about it. It's a bit concerning that I have to start a topic on a forum for them to take action for the community and have better promotions that not only help their numbers with customers and more bets being made but more customer friendly promotions that actually are easy to qualify and payout. Here are some examples of what I'm talking about. - Basketball there is a 16+ point promotion that activates if the team you pick is up 16 points. This is Incredibly hard to make money on that unless you're betting a heavy favorite. - UFC you have to bet on the winners market, if and only if the fight goes to split decision and your fighter doesn't win, you get your money back. Not one match in UFC 271 was split decision. - NFL Super bowl.. Promotion not activated for anyone because of certain requirements. If you bet on the Rams to win and they were up at half, they would have to lose the game for you to get paid out the Halftime payout. Matthew Stafford had to hit 320+ passing yards to get the double payout at the end of the game. His prop for passing yards was at O/U 184.5 on many sites. No one got paid out for this promotion. I'm concerned as a paying customer that these promotion are more than misleading and should be taken to a point where it is looked at from the inside. I'm not unreasonable, I'm a paying customer speaking for a lot people that probably feel the same.
