Stake changed monthly bonus system!

Guys I've been playing on stake since 2018 and they changed their monthly bonus system this month.

You use to get base amount of bonus monthly because of vip level + the wager you did monthly.

Now you don't get base amount.

I know this because I only wagered 300$ this month and I didn't even get single penny for monthly bonus.

It's ok to do such changes and they have all the right to do so.

But they should let the community know, they are doing hidden changes in vip programme.

And vip programme is why people love stake.

Maybe they already changed it to be more like the reloads that eddie said they would in his last stream. Counting losses aswell. I got a really good one this month and Im down bad but had not wagered that much.

Well they might have changed it like you said.

My dissapointment is not that i didn't get monthly bonus.

It's that they change the whole system without zero notice to community.

There are 68k vips on stake and 99% of them don't know.

I'm just letting community know since they don't give us information about changes!

Wager if you want to get bonuses. Your vip level is not important anymore

I mean I think its a good thing for active players. Monthly is around $0.50 cents per 1k wagered. With all the free money going around stake these changes in my opinion are good since there are a lot of people who have multiple accounts just claiming base so for me as an active player I rather them not getting anything and stake rewarding people who are active.

Yeah they changed the ToS… and all WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO THE PLAYERS ! 

I got removed from my VIP manager tho, cause u need to be more active to get the privileges now.

• I've been playing in stake since 2018 too. They started the VIP program around mid-2019 at first eveything was great. Im not more of a wager type and I didnt pay much attention til 2020. I reviewed VIP and I was WOWed by it since it offers good benefits like yeah the Reloads.  Originally this was offered already to me and I was one of the BETA testing of the whole Reload thing and was told that its gonna be permanent for us who Test it and that all we to do contact Eddie to have it activated. I took a break from gambling like 2-3 weeks and when i got back, alot of things happened. I message Eddie on Telegram asking to have my Reload activated and he said Reloads will be availble when you reach Gold. It was sad that i got removed from the reload progam and excited to accept the challenge in wagering to reach Gold  and I just leveled up to Silver.  I was really struggling as I am not really in to wagering. It took me quiet sometime to reached GOLD. But was happy as its an achievement for me. when trying to ask for the Reload I was shocked again as it says Available on Platinum.  WHUUT???  After all those effort i made. Lolz.  Such a Disappointment. Stake made a lot of changes in their Documentation without proper communication.  in short they made anything they wanted without letting the players know and when players try to reeach out, all they say its on the Documentation.  Thats not fair.

Well, I hope in the future they let the players know if theres a change they want on any program, policies, guidelines or anything that player is involve.

Makes kinda sense to me, because casino isn't going to give free money to player that isn't playing at all. I mean 300$ wager can be done with 3$, so it's not really that much.

i think you are looking at the problem the wrong way, they give the same total amount to vip every month (ex: 5% of gross income) BUT we are getting more and more and so they have to increase the minimum vip level to avoid reducing everyone's share too much... this is normal like any similar company.

Like i said for me that is not the problem.

If they noticed me or other vip's in prior I would have been more active and wagered.

Also, It's weird that they expect me to wager more on the site, 

even though every single benefit is getting reduced constantly.
