It got increased since Friday the 18th and there were officially unofficial announcements made by chat Moderators. So if you caught it, you'd know; but if you didn't, then other people would've told you either way. All in all, the Rain is not the main aspect of the chat, so of course they didn't make a big deal in announcing wager requirements for it
