Tip toggle setting

Many of stakes affiliated streamers have to deal with stake users who abuse tip notifications to get their username to pop up repeatedly on the streamers screen, I feel like these streamers would appreciate an option where you could disable notifications for tips/disable receiving tips entirely. 

Some streamers even use an overlay to cover the notification area to try and prevent any tip harassment affecting their stream.

Could be a very useful setting in these scenarios, what are your thoughts?

There is already an option to toggle rain in settings, I don't see why tipping shouldn't have the same option.

100% agree; the people who make temp accounts with subtle slurs in their username or ones that criticise other streamers just to tip a couple cents to get their names to pop up. Either should have a tip toggle option or be able to make a setting for min tip to pop up.
