My bet and money dissappear?

I just had 15x on Hilo, click cashout, error, click 2 more times, loading... and my bet dissapear together with my money?
I can't even link the bet because it's not there

I also had some weird hilo bug. On my screen last card I saw was Ace, I bet UP and then ace turned red and next card won't show up, then i found that bet ID in recent transations.  "J" out of nowhere.
