Site has basicly been useless for 4 hour now. Why do you allow play in this situation? Why not take down the site, fix the issue and put it back up?

I feel a bad aura around it since December. They basically lowered the bonuses, a lot of players complaining that they received less weekly and monthly in the past months with the same wager and profits ratio. They switched vip host to plat IV and now the site lags a lot, like really they have a problem almost on daily basis since 2 months. 

Is this the beginning of their declination?

Or they're doing a lot better than they anticipated and the problem is they aren't able to scale fast enough to keep up with the increase in players.

I think you are delusional, its a lot more simple than you may think in fact  stop being complacent with a brand as big as stake. If they were correctly working, overall services would be a lot better, and they know it.

I'm a software developer that deals with scaling issues all the time, it's not something you can just throw money at, anyone that thinks they just need to "buy some better servers" is the amateur.  And trying to argue that overall they aren't doing well because sometimes the site lags due to too many players is...retarded.  A casinos success is measured by how many players they have and how much those players gamble.  Their biggest mistake is not anticipating growing so fast.  You say they're failing, then why are they so big?  There's tons of other options out there for people to choose from.  Why are they growing so fast?

 

And if you don't believe they're growing, just look at some indicators.

 

April 2020 VIP weekly boost total: $130,695

Jan 2021 VIP weekly boost total: $507,982

Jan 2022: VIP weekly boost total: $5,962,061

 

The VIP challenge this week had 342 players qualify, a year ago same challenge was 114.

This will happen with any business that has a sudden growth like stake did. I'm sure there were some unexpected numbers in the player base in a short period of time causing this issue. Just need to choose not to play if you feel this could hamper your betting outcome. All there is to it but, yea I do agree the site had been unplayable for a few weeks.
