Account reset?, All equites lost

Hey guys, im in a bit of a pickle, i opened stake 2 days ago and the AU Market was down but i still logged in, i pressed logged in and not sign up.

I logged back in with the same details and it made me go through all the beginner stuff, activated the US market and all my shares are missing, and $0 funded to my account 

Please any help is awesome
