I know I wouldn't have won regardless, but today's stream was a bit of a mess. I got one additional ticket before the time ran out and it wasn't included in the number range for the generator.

Earning tickets ends always same time (14:00 UTC) and after that they extend it by 30 minutes, so people can see their tickets.

Assumptions would say those tickets out of range would be added to next drawing. But that would make an ass out of me and you.
