I am probably gonna get a lot of hate for this but i stand by my opinion..

Drake is a HUGE public figure. He has hundreds of millions of followers . For him to promote gambling is just morally sooo wrong is beyond believable . So at this point he could probably give a shit about this fans get hooked or not. He is a sell out

I am smoker but i don't go out promoting cigarettes. I actively discourage people to ever touch that is addictive

I see where you're coming from, but at this point, I would have to say it's a bit to early to make the claim you're making. But I also haven't checked out Drake's social media channels either.

Is Drake actively promoting Stake on his Twitter, ig, fb. website, etc?

Or is this just Stake promoting a Drake partnership?

I don't have the answer, but Can you see how the two different scenarios would be completely different. especially coming at from an angle of morality & right/wrong?

I'm so with you about smoking. I started reaaal early which I hate and regret every single day tbh. And as soon as someone on street age 11-15 pops up to me asking for a cig... Hands down I say "Fuck you... no offense but you'll thank me one day".

I think it's more accurate to compare gambling to alcohol than smoking.  When done responsibly, there's nothing unhealthy physically, mentally or financially when it comes to gambling.

As long as he's responsible about promoting it, (which he may not be, I don't know) I don't see any issue.

I see no lies. I was quite surprised when I heard about the sponsorship.

On the one hand, when it comes to stake's interests, they literally could not have picked a better sponsor in the whole world. Period. Stake is going to blow.

From a morale stand point, you're absolutely right. Wrong on so many levels. A filthy rich casino using a filthy rich celebrities' influence to hook gamblers of all ages using livestreams. All for the sake of pouring more cash onto their respective mountains of cash that they'll never spend anyways. The worst part is that, both parties have definitely laid out all of these points we bring up and more. They still went ahead and chose greed, putting meaningless profit over the best interests of Drake's fans.

I'm not salty or anything though, don't get me wrong. We should not expect our favorite rappers and casino owners to take the moral high ground, especially when looking at the state of geopolitcs.

in that case you have no problem with stake's partnership with drake but with the concept of promoting gambling in general because many footall players and other did the same before... So the title should be " partnering with casino's is bad "

True! I tend to believe people with addictions have to learn to stop and grow past their addictions, so even though Drake joining Stake may bring many new people to Stake, ultimately, an addiction is a personal challenge everyone must face and we should not blame the company selling the product but ourselves for falling prey to such a system. I Enjoy gambling myself and I have seen the problems with addiction but it is an internal battle which if won will bring forth the best in you. Much love and wish you all an amazing time!

I mean the music industry is based around sex , violence and debauchery and a life style of degeneracy he's a rapper after all there's not many rappers that are polite and don't swear or throw around money and drugs and prostitution
