I can't access my account, I lost my 2FA code

I already contacted the support they asked my 2021 deposit transaction to verify but i dont have access to my old wallet account anymore .

I once was in the same situation. Fortunately I managed to make my phone work again I had again access to 2fa. They ask for such proofs because they want to make sure that it's really you who asks to reset 2fa. If you also lost your old wallet access then I kinda feel hopeless about it.

Had problem that i lost access to email.Support asked a lot questions but was success to get account back.just show them old transactions and say some thing about your account what you know.

Had the same before, pain in the ass, especially the old transactions. Not everybody can provide these, people do change their wallets.

Hope you are verified, this should make it more easy I guess.
