kavasupienu Posted March 12, 2022 #1 Posted March 12, 2022 So for this week (2022-03-12) weekly bonus I wagered 78k and received 81$ which is lower ammount than it should be. For comparasion I am adding screenshot for this week weekly and one from several weeks ago. For the February 19th weekly bonus I received 100$ for 77k wagered (it shows incorrect ammount in screenshot cause price dropped(adding screenshot of EOS price on that date) For the March 12th weekly bonus I received 81$ for 78k wagered. How does that makes any sense? Looking for proper answer since live support couldnt provide me one.

Changed screenshots to fiat to make it easier to compare to the price at the time.

It isn't just this "weekly bonus" thingy, it's the entire live support section. It doesn't give relevant informations, and they always tell you that they don't know, or can't tell. Which makes me either believe that stake is hiding informations and doesn't want to give 100% of the truth or the support doesn't care. Stake support used to be the best in the business, now its the WORST... Coming from a user that known stake for over 2.5 years

Well it’s clearly one of two things, either they’re factoring in profit/loss (which for some reason users always refuse to believe) or the wagering reward factor has been decreased. The fact is that marketing can change it at any time and keep it to themselves. They don’t even need to tell support, which is probably one of the reasons they claim not to know. There are constant signs that they’re looking to pull back rewards and it’s really no surprise, they’re running a business and need to make as much money as possible. Should add I have no issue with this, and as I say, could see it coming.

Sad I'm about to say this but just be content with what you get cause I have been done wrong by them in different aspects. Also they have treated me better than any other casino BESIDES a regular brick and mortar land based one. They are taking on a ton of marketing and trying to catapulte themselves as the best casino online and land based. At some point we will lose our weeklies, then monthlies. I think this is sooner than we might wanna anticipate. I have been here almost 5 years so I have been through it all. I wish they did something for us who have been here since day one but soon money creates greed and unfortunate things will definitely come. I commend anyone who stands up for what's right and applaud your efforts! 👏 👏 Stay green and don't gamble money you can't lose!

Support got back to me with one line answer.. "your payment was correct" I got no answer to that.. & if i could think of one, I just couldn't be arsed anymore. Stop playing and spend yer time begging in chat, it's obviously more profitable & you don't have to worry about the amount of yer weekly boost. Just one thing to worry about when your on chat begging and looking for tips : DON'T USE CAPITAL LETTERS

I have contacted support twice in the last month for 2 weekly bonuses. 1 I wagered $81k and lost $3500 that week and received $43 weekly. Another week i wagered 78k and I got a $40 weekly. All support says is “your amount is correct”. I respond telling these support Eddie sats every week on stream we should get $1 for every $1k wagered. Their last replies are “our marketing team does the bonuses we don’t know what the formula is.” I reply, what’s the protocol when the marketing team screws up your customers bonus and gives them way small amount. They reply’s, “I’ve answered all your questions please read above”. Lol. I mean it is kinda funny. I have a hard time believing the support is going rogue with these replies they are obviously instructed by $38m pad boss man to tell us to go to hell. Clown show
