Banned from live support , do we still get the level up bonus ?

I know Stake support isn't the brightest.., but getting banned fromit ,  because i wanted to argument and ask further explanation on why some evolution bets get usually rejected when they are winning ones is sad .`

I wonder what do you have to do to be banned from live support..

You are entitled to the level up bonus so expecting a support to reply you here

If I have some problem with an external provider, the first thing that comes to my mind is to contact their support, Evolution support in this case.

Stake support does not ban users from support chat just because it is funny, there must be a very good reason behind this, usually users that are very unpolite, rude and talk using insults and verbal violence.

You get what you give.

The issue of rejected bets isnt new at all.. it been since ages and mostly due to internet connection and delay of receiving your bets.. but banning from support, this is the first time i hear about it.. you will get the level up bonus shortly i think.. congrats for the new level

Stake support is there solely to assist not argue and with any of my conversations have always been straight to the point and polite. I honestly wonder what you must of said to get banned. 

No sympathy from me.
