I’ve been asking for help multiple times but you just wont help me. This month I’ve not been able to claim my monthly bonus.. for whatever reason you guys are giving me, I still don’t understand. Every single monthly bonus link I was able to claim my bonus including every other bonus, every bonus drops and every reload like everyone single player on this website is also able to. All I want is my monthly bonus for this month which I wagered tens of thousands for with my own money.

I’ve been given so many reasons but they just don’t make any sense, you guys tell me your marketing team finds my account not eligible for monthly bonuses? Makes 0 sense since I was able to claim every single monthly bonus since I started playing, guys tell me I own 2 accounts? I don’t.. you guys tell me I used an affiliate link which you guys don’t support? also doesn’t make any sense. YOU GUYS also told me I will be eligible for EVERY other monthly bonus in the future and now I don’t ?

Please just help me with my monthly bonus.

 I just don’t find it fair I only want my monthly bonus please help me.

If you got every single monthly bonus before I don’t see how they won’t give you the monthly bonus for this month. If all the reasons are true then I really don’t know what to say… wagering so much money losing after losing and not even getting a monthly bonus is just really sad.

This is exactly what I blame about stake for a couple of weeks now....

They are attracting people with these "offers" and "bonus-codes" and "monthly" and "rain-system" to the site. Then you wagered thousands of dollars and lost your own money to be eligable for these "bonus", in favor to get something back, but wait this is stake!

You get nothing, haha.

Then you try to contact the support, they should be able to help you, right?

You get nothing again, haha.

After a while of giving you copy+paste answers, they close your case and tell you nothing is wrong with your account and everything is fine.

I think it'd be quite funny if the second post was made by OP from his/hers 2nd alleged account. I don't actually believe that, just in case somebody thought I do.

You didn't really leave too comprehensive explanation to what's going, but I'm assuming that's due to English not being your native language.

If Stake gave you bonuses before, but now discovered that you're breaking some sort of terms, then they could easily cut you off from the promos. You are quite lucky that you did not get banned if you actually did something wrong. If you feel wronged for no reason, then you have the choice of not playing on the site that mistreats you.

But since your post is all over the place, it is kind of hard to understand what exactly are you saying. if Stake gave you bonuses before, now said you won't get one for this month, but you will receive further bonuses, then it would be much easier for Stake to also give you this month's bonus, but from the sounds of it you might have gotten disconnected permanently.

I see that person mentioning live chat's copy-paste responses. I understand why chat reps would give repetitive answers when the question is the same, but when they give you same copy-paste a few times in a row while not directly answering what you asked, it builds the feeling of resentment as a customer.
