pay2play Posted April 19, 2022 #130 Posted April 19, 2022 Got the your account has been put into withdraw only mode pending level 2 verification email. I complied and all was well for a few weeks but now i have the same issue of them forcing level 3 verification down my throat so once i do that i am assuming a level 4 email will be awaiting me in a few weeks time.
Coral35 Posted May 6, 2022 #135 Posted May 6, 2022 level 1, unfortunately stake dont accept documents from my country cause its not in a language they can understand. altho i find it weird, cause iv never had any problem with that on other places.

I was basing it on the name, so they’re either from the US or impersonating another person. I’m happy that you have such a gift where you can determine the need for KYC! Great that you can tell it’s purely for money and not to meet regulatory requirements with the huge volume of players from restricted countries. Well done you!
billcolton Posted May 7, 2022 #144 Posted May 7, 2022 no ideea why this topic exist with what sense but whatever im lv2

What regulatory requirements would you be referring to ? Stake isn't regulated (apart from UK where they use a white hat platform, where they piggy-back, using another company's licence) Currencies that Stake use isn't regulated (yet). Stake could very easily get rid of players from restricted countries (but they don't want to)

Either way, you don’t know the reason for pushing for KYC, and neither do I. It actually hurts their bottom line if they look to oust the players from restricted territories, who clearly make up a large proportion of their base (KYC now required on sign up for VPN players) and there must be a reason for that.

Future seperate licences for USA & UK ... hahaha As I said before, they piggy-backing of a white-hat platform in UK, and sole-licence isn't required. KYC is required in UK, for UK players in which the KYC goes thru the white-hat platform. USA Gov't are more likely to give a lengthy jail term than a license for an online casino No other Curacao casino is doing KYC so the only other option Is CASH. Keep any eye out for a sudden acceptance of horse racing bets and once the multi accounts are dealt with, a possible dabble into online poker via platform who are already licensed in Austrialia for both ! ! ! Remember these words or initials in the next 6-18 months. Flutter, PP, BF. Oh.. Google: Flutter - Dublin Some nice reading from those results
