Weekly raffle draw idea!

Hey dear stakers.

Sick of seeing those high drawn numbers so something needs to be suggested at this point and hopefully I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

Hope @Steve and @Edward sees this and give their opinions on this and please everyone else leave your suggestions and opinions down below as well.

So let's imagine a week of #2 000 000 of total tickets. Eddie sets the random number generator on #1 - 2 000 000. So basically it's true that anyone can win and have a slight  chance of getting picked.

You can't NOT notice that 80% of the drawn tickets are always above something of #1 300 000 - 1 900 000. So which means the players who managed to wager and earn their tickets only at the start of week doesn't even have the slightest chance. I mean I've been wagering usually at the start of the week for the last months and obviously my tickets are usually low numbers like ranging from #300 000 - #800 000 something. Never have I ever been close with my numbers I got but that's not the point and please do not take this the wrong way: I'm not complaining about not winning any raffle!

It's just not satisfying of seeing the raffle draw NOT being as random as it's advertised. It's usually the highest numbers possible and pretty close to each other.

Some may say blame Google, some may say whatever.

So the FINAL IDEA (at least mine) would be:

Example: 2 000 000 total tickets of the week. First 5 winners are getting picked only from ticket #1 - #999 999 or something. And the rest 5 winners are picked from tickets #1 000 000 - #2 000 000.

Hopefully the idea is explained as simple and understandable as possible.

Sounds like a cool idea but you have to think of it like this, say you only have ticket numbers from ranging from 1-1000000 and there is a total of 2000000 tickets, instead of having 10 chances of one of your tickets getting picked, you would now only have 5 with your idea, where as with the way it is now, you still technically have 10 chances to get one of your tickets picked! this isn't hate btw its just my opinion :D.
