berendbotje Posted March 21, 2022 #1 Posted March 21, 2022 This is the first and probably the last time I will write on this forum just searched for a way to ventilate my concerns and worries. Last wednesday I deposited XRP but for some reason the tag wasn't send with it although I filled it in. I talked to my wallet support and they guaranteed me that Stake had received the funds and sent me a screenshot. I asked stake support (I hardly ever contacted them) and I was told it could take up to 7 days. i can understand that it can take a few days and I told them I would check in once a day to see if there is any news. Always friendly and polite. So till now I asked 3 time live support and 1 email and each time I got the feeling that is was spamming. But for me that are 200$ I worked for and I want to know what is going on. I realize posting this on the forum will probably put me on the bottom of the list So stake support no need to act to me in this hautain way and try to make me feel like a spammer. Just say No news dude check in tomorrow would do it.
dupeddonk Posted March 21, 2022 #2 Posted March 21, 2022 They told you it could take 7 days, no need to contact them unless you don't get the credit after 7 days.
oPartial Posted March 21, 2022 #3 Posted March 21, 2022 They've given you an answer; 7 days? Imagine I ship something to you and give you a time frame of a month and you hit me up calling me everyday asking if it has arrived. Your problem for not tagging the transaction - no need to pester support when they've given you a timeframe. Sure if after the 7 days you still haven't gotten it and they push you away then you can be pissed off but otherwise just chill out. I don't know how I'd be able to keep my cool if I was support; see a guy lodge a ticket conversation with me and I see all their previous tickets at a glance of the exact same question when they've been given an answer. Honestly I wouldn't even fault them if they blocked you. So stop pestering them. Wait the 7 days.
