level 2 verification for rainbot

Idk where to start but today I woke up on that rainbot require level 2 verification and 4k wager requirement and eddie said maybe they will remove 4k wagering. which I feel its not fair for ppl who actually love wagering and chatting and they dont want to give their personal information. 
at least make it high wager requirement for level 1 like 6k or something not just remove it forever. 
and 1 more thing if they removed wager requirement for level 2 that will be absolutely abused since there will be ppl dont care if they give their personal information. and they gonna have more chance to get the rain since ppl are less who meet the requirement. (maybe u gonna see kids that give their parent personal information which is bad thing in general) 

I have idea for ppl who are level 1: u can give 25% of the rain for ppl with level 1 and 75% with ppl with level 2 . at least something not feeling we are left behind
