There's a new e-lottery game online with rules similar to the game NiuNiu where most chinese people are most familiar with where you can win up 10x per bet.

After you have made your bet, the last 5 digits of the Hash ID in your USDT transaction will be the game result.

Eg: 00000****(31aub)
First 3 digits will be the banker and the last 3 digits will be the player
So in this case banker has 3 + 1 + 0 (any alphabet has zero value) = 4 Point
and player has  0 + 0 + 0 = Zero Point aka NiuNiu

So in this case you would be winning 10x of your bet.

However suppose the result is 00000***(x63a1)
So in this case banker has 0 + 6 + 3 = 9 Point
And player has 3 + 0 + 1 = 4 Point

And in this case you would have to pay banker 9x of your bet.

Now I know each Hash ID in every transaction is unique and cannot be tempered with but what are the chances of me winning in this game? Is there any house edge here?
