The appeal system is broken

Today i learned that calling a mod's bet stupid can get u muted 8 days lmfao. This is the content of my appeal:

This mod and me has a beef with each other.

This is the convo which is not in the 2 pics below. Today I was casualling lurking in chat then ikariam2066 posted his bet it. Sprayx said that you shouldnt share your bet because if it loses someone will mock it. By someone he means its me because ive said multiple times that his bets are trash.

Seeing that hes mocking me i joined the convo. I said that i only mock Sprayx bets because all of them are stupid and said why are you turning members againts each other even tho you are a mod.

Then guess what he mutes me 8 days for toxic and spam. To be honest the only feeling ive hurt in this convo is his so that should not counted as toxicity. And i dont see any spam in my messages.

I dont get whats the point of appealing when you cant have a 3rd party to observe it. Of course the guy would still stand with his decision. This guy force his subjective feeling into a mute and calling me toxic whether other members are just fine with me. Is this justifable? Need some 3rd party inputs here @Nenad@Faris

I've quickly found out that if you're platinum you get some pretty big passes when it comes to saying whatever you want in chat.

I literally had a plat 3 threaten to sexually assault me using the words "Force" while being sexually explicit (not that it really bothered me that some troll was being a troll) but it was the fact that when I said something back to him and his little rag tag band of down warriors that they're being protected by mods/staff, I get hit with a 4 day mute for being toxic.

C'mon Stake.  If your mods can't hold each other accountable and mute every account unjustly in equal manner then they shouldn't be mods and should be muted themselves.

SAME goes for Platinum accounts asking for "loans" in the chat ALL THE FUCKING TIME.  But because they're plat (I'm just assuming here) they're allowed to skirt by the RULES.

Stake mods are unbalanced mentally whether or not you are diamond or bronze. The real special treatment is to those who are bringing referrals or have a huge social media influencue, those are quite literally the free pass cliques of stake.

Once I was muted for self promotion for posting a photo of my pc setup with no other information or idenfiable logos, links, or anything.

Mod literally pasted a Google search result to all of my socials because it was "obviously a stream setup".

I quoted the rule and let them know specifically it had not any reference to any persons stream or contact information, however pointed put several users with names like ToasterYT, TLTSYT and few others with massive followings that LITERALLY HAVE their brands in the name and explicitly FORBIDDEN.

Then I was perm banned for doxxing. This is just fucking insanity to me, and when going directly to the management of the site, was met with palms put ward and a laugh explaining "Aww no meit, I don't get involved in those types of things".

I do totally agree that an appeal treated by the same mod who muted you, is a bit weird..

Its as if a judge is ruling on deciding if his/her decision was fair.. It's not objective.
