If you have a problem with receiving emails from stake, change your email cause writing to support and trying to receive bonus the other way is impossible. They just don't care. No email? No bonus even if you are eligible.

True I went like 8 months without receiving a single email. (Thanks MisStake). Had to inquire and was prompted to change my email which I did.
