Slow grading in sports

Why is the grading so slow? On ANY other site its much faster, and most of these sites have the same odds provider.

I always have to contact support and send them the results (1-3 hours after the game ended) and in cases like today they say it will be graded shortly but still it doesnt, I am still waiting even though I sent 3 sites that have the result, one it them is the official site of the league.

This has to be improved!

Late reply but have to agree with this. I believe the fault lies with the odds provider, but it’s frustrating, I’ve had to chase multiple ones recently where you can see the final score in the live stats on Stake and it still hasn’t been settled hours letter. No reason for it, and would not happen on most other sites.

Another week and same problem.

Waiting for a bet to be graded that finished over 3hours ago.

Contacted support with official result on league website and flashscore link, they said it will be graded asap, that was almost 2 hours ago. Of course they blame the odds provider but I played this match on another site as well, this site uses the same odds provider and my bet was graded 5min after the match finished.

Will they ever get the grading right?

1 game is over for almost 3 hours, score is on flashscore and the official league site, I sent it via chat and stake support said they will forward it, and yet nothing is happening.

Wanted the wager to be count towards weekly bonus but I guess that wont happen.

Sure, that's slow 3 hours is very long moment. My second book vip-ibc grades in max 40 mins, but sometimes it can take 24h

Stake isn't perfect on sports betting yet the grading is slow, odds are most of the time low and markets aren't as diverse.

Let's hang in there and with time everything will be fine.

No improvement in this area it seems, over 10 hours since this Russian table tennis match ended but not settled -

Had live stats during the match and the winner was clear when it ended.

I don't care about the money since it's a tiny bet but no transparency as usual and support said they'd flag it with the odds provider but nothing has happened.

Most books stopped taking bets on Russian sports because they actually wanted to support Ukraine (unlike Stake). Maybe it was a fixed match so they're investigating it before settling? Who knows, but it's frustrating.
