To be a moderator means to be like the first person you can contact if you ned somthing, but the mod ist also the first person who will contact you, if you did somthing bad or wrong. But in my opion the mod ist the first contact und should be a peson who can help out all the time 4. cause I´m reading the chat everytime and I know how importend the job is, so I wanna join yout team to help you make Stake better and better, also I´m online every day about 4 or 5 hours 5. no 6. yes some months ago I was mod on twitch from "DoteNine" but he isn´t online at this moment right now best wishes from Austria

The task of a moderator is to insure a healthy, fun and safe space for all people in the chat. 4. I’ve spent a lot of time on stake, and I think it’s a wonderful opportunity. I’ve been wanting to learn more about stake and working for them would be incredible. I’m fluent in both English and German. I live in North America which Means I can watch the chat in the odd hours of the day for most German players. Week days from 9 am to 11pm EST Weekends are a little unpredictable, those are usually the days i actually do something 5.Not that I’m aware of, like I said not all that much of a typer more of an observer. 6.Yes but nothing I’d compare to this level of moderation

As a chat moderator, you have a variety of tasks. Customer loyalty, friendliness, support and much more. 4. Because I am a very friendly and motivated person. When I start something, I do it 100%. 5. No! 6. I wasn't not a real chat moderator, but I have a lot of experience in this area in customer service at Amazon in Germany. I would be very grateful for a feedback. Thanks in advance.

As a moderator, you are responsible for the chat/the community. You worry mostly in the chat that everyone behaves properly and is friendly to each other. Furthermore, you can always quickly answer questions on most topics in the chat and help people if they don't understand something. 4. The "job" as moderator was fun in every respect. I'm always happy to help in the chat and make sure that others follow the rules. As a moderator it is often easier to help directly because you have more "authority" and people give you more trust as a result. I generally spend a lot of time on the site and can use it even more sensibly and help people in the chat. 5. No mutes, bans or warnings 6. So far I have only been a moderator on Twitch for many streamers. It was there that I realized that I really liked this area Regards Max

I have been active on Stake for about a year now and also in the German chat. On weekdays I spend about 5-6 hours a day there, on weekends I like to spend over 10 hours a day. In my experience the chat moderators provide a friendly atmosphere in the chat, this is achieved by enforcing the chat rules and being helpful with questions. They handle stressful situations neutrally. I would like to take this role because a friendly atmosphere is very important to me when playing and no one should be treated unfairly or insulted by other players. This is also the reason for my two mutes I got. These were both at my request to prevent a tense situation. I manage a small marketing team in my job and have to solve boiling situations there occasionally as well and be available for questions and other things. Every member of a community has to contribute ones share. I want to become a moderator to keep this a great and fun place for all of us. (... and because it would allows me to host chat games 😁 I have a set of some unique, even provably fair games back from the days at YD (r.i.p ❤) … but Marcel yelled at me :v ) Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
