You can also mention the name or names of support member who entertained you very well.....❤️ or just the opposite😒 For me its @Irena..she is friendly and affectionate. She responds the conversation with a greetings...and end it with an encouraging words to reach them out again.

Greetings there are really other support members that dont.. i have experienced it..the purpose i posted this topic is to show that i got the good treatment/response to my simple querry to them that one support member didnt gave me what i expected him to answer... i hope he is the only one 1% out of the 99% good support members..
copyyzz Posted April 3, 2022 #4 Posted April 3, 2022 I would be kind too getting paid by Stake to sit on PC and answer random people on internet with mostly copy/paste messages. They are all the same, on other sites I played on and contacted support its nothing different, its their job to be kind and try to help their users, so people can keep gambling. I highly doubt any of them feel bad knowing that some player lost 100,000$ in one night, everyone working for casino industry in my opinion is not great person.
