Why isn't there a better system for this in the first place? Will rewards be soon sent out weeks or even a month after the promotion ended? Why are there only nebulous "marketing team will look into it" claims instead of some rough E.T.A? How many prizes are never claimed because the system is broken a.f? I will continue to voice my discontent with the current management of challenges, prizes and coupons until something improves - after all, this isn't some website run out of a basement, but a serious multi million dollar business. And it deserves that we hold it to higher standards. It can't be a question of money, there is obviously enough going around - so what is it? I don't get it. P.S. Obviously this is not directed personally at anyone in the stake steam, but an overall assessment of the lackluster situation. Stake team is always polite and responsive to me, that's not the issue.
